Deaf Signing here

Services

Our main meeting is on Sunday Morning at 10.30am. There is a range of activities for all ages, beginning with a lively family worship time.

Our Sunday evening meeting is at 6.30pm.

Sunday mornings

Sunday morning is when most of the church gather together for worship. After a time with all ages together, the younger people go off to their groups. The adult worship nearly always includes an ‘open time’ when all can contribute, using the gifts God gives. Sunday morning Bible teaching is an important focus for us, and we usually have fairly short series of messages. Examples of our teaching ministry can be found on this website.

Members of the Deaf community are a part of our congregation, so this service is interpreted for them. Rosie Westby and Lisa Phoenix are skilled interpreters. For more information on this email: Rosie Westby

Communion

We celebrate communion on the fourth Sunday morning of each month.

Sunday evenings

Our Sunday evening congregation is smaller, and more intimate. There is time not only to share in worship, to use gifts, but also to contribute to the message, ask questions, and respond. We have a variety of themes for Sunday evenings. We begin with a time of praise and congregational contribution.

First Sunday - there is usually communion and worship - with a brief message of encouragement.

On other Sundays - there may be Bible teaching or a more interactive seminar on a practical or biblical theme. This congregation is normally very much smaller than the morning, allowing for more intimacy in our worship and response.

Whenever you decide to come, you will always be welcome.
